Monarchy is dependant upon nature, not God!
It is in the nature of women to give birth, if they are lucky. Who is the father? If the father is not the lawful consort of the Queen or the King of the Realm, it is treason!
Russell was a peer but not the father. Nonetheless, the House of Lords established the rule: a son born of a woman in wedlock, is the son of the father and may inherit.
The English and apparently the Scottish, King, James II conceded succession to William of Orange, a Hebrew and his daughter Mary, who ruled jointly. Anyone but a Roman can rule what some call Zion or the New Jerusalem.
But may we trace a line of succession from them?
